ADTRAN Technical Support Professional for Unified Communications Appliance Solutions (ATSP/UCAS) Course

This course is designed for those students who are seeking the ADTRAN Technical Support Professional for Unified Communications Appliance Solutions (ATSP/UCAS) certification. The course will guide the student through system design, implementation, configuration, supporting and troubleshooting of the NetVanta 7000 Series IP Telephony platform.

This is a live, web-based version of our 4-day classroom course; we will deliver the lecture in 5 hour sessions twice a week for two consecutive weeks. Lab exercises will be used to reinforce the concepts that will be covered during the lectures. Each student will be provided access to a NetVanta 7000 series unit and IP phones via the Internet through our remote training lab.  An optional exam prep session is also be available to each student.

After the completion of the course, the student should be able to install, configure and maintain the NetVanta IP Telephony systems.
